Return Policy

If it's not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Gear must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label — no cost to you.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

If something arrives damaged or fails within 12 months under normal use, we'll replace it — no return shipping required. Just send a photo.

Want a different color or bundle instead? Note it in your return email and we'll ship the exchange as soon as we receive the original.

Used balls and opened grip tape can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Paddles that show wear beyond normal inspection aren't eligible for refund.
