Is the Apex Carbon Paddle tournament legal?

Yes. It's USA Pickleball approved and meets tournament specs for sanctioned play.

What's the difference between the paddle and the bundles?

The paddle alone gets you the Apex Carbon Paddle. The Starter, Pro, and Family bundles add balls, covers, grip tape, and a carry bag at a discount versus buying everything separately — see the savings listed on each bundle page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3-7 business days within the US. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States. We're working on it.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no questions asked, as long as the gear is unused and in its original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if my paddle arrives damaged?

Email us a photo at the address on our Contact page and we'll send a replacement, no return shipping required.

Do bundles come with a warranty?

Every paddle we sell, alone or in a bundle, is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.

Can I customize a bundle?

Not at checkout right now. If you need something specific — extra balls, different quantities — email us and we'll see what we can do.
